HR OfficerTemporary - 3 month contract (initially, could be extended)
Nottingham City Centre - 4 days in the office, 1 day at home
37hrs per week (can be flexible)
Up to £14 per hour
Our client is looking for an Interim HR Officer/Advisor/Coordinator to join their HR team.
This is initially a 3 month contract with every hope it could be extended or made permanent due to positive changes currently going on within the team.
This role will report into the Head of HR, you will help support on providing a generalist HR service to the business by providing advice and guidance to managers in accordance with policies and procedures and help to implement and utilise new HR systems.
- Implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System
- Providing advice and guidance to managers on areas such as Probationary reviews, Reasonable adjustments, performance management, conduct issues.
- Developing their current HRIS
- L&D plan, tracking, recording and reporting on training.
- Policy reviews
- All staff survey roll out and reporting
