Milk Education is looking for Creative Learning Support Assistants who can inspire children with Autism and Social Emotional Mental Health Needs to develop their skills and interests in a supportive SEN school environment.

The SEN schools we are partnered with are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and compassionate Creative Learning Support Assistants with firm but fair behaviour management techniques.

You will be working with a high-quality team, dedicated to creative, social, and physical development for their pupils as well as their academic process.

You will be able to use your creative skills applied to different children to help bring out their uniqueskills and personalities.

A successful Creative Learning Support Assistant will have a background or passion in:

Sports
Art
Drama
Performance
Music
Dance
Design The school is looking for people to start after in January 2023 on a fulltime or flexible supply basis. You choose how many days you would like to work and we'll do the rest

What you need to apply:

Experience working with children within the past 2 years
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to complete this)
Enthusiastic attitude for inspiring children
Minimum of 23 days per week availability (Mon-Fri) We are looking for Creative Learning Support Assistants who are:
Passionate about enabling every child to fulfill their potential
Able to contribute to, and work as, part of a team
Creative in their approach to children's learning
