Digital Implementation Analyst

Stoke

Up to £40,000


I am currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a leading hospitality business based in Stoke who are looking for a Digital Implementation Analyst to join the Digital Analytics team.

You will be responsible for improving & optimising the customerjourneys for both the Website and the App. In addition, you will assist in the delivering the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) roadmap.

Key responsibilities

  • Implementing and maintaining digital tracking and analytics infrastructure
  • Working with various teams to ensure proper tracking is in place across all digital properties
  • Implementing and maintaining tag management solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving tracking and analytics issues
  • Collaborating with development teams to implement new tracking and analytics solution
Key requirements for the role.

  • Proven experience within an ecommerce role
  • An experienced user of at least one digital analytics platform, Adobe, GA4 etc.
  • Knowledge of Google products such as Search Console or Adwords.
  • Experience with front end code (html, js, css and javascript)
  • Excellent knowledge of Tag Management Systems, ideally Tealium and GTM.
