Up to £80,000 + Competitive Bonus & Benefits

I am looking to recruit for an experienced Sales Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing importing and distributing specialist food & beverage products across the UK. Our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a leader in the market. We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities include the development and implementation of the strategic and operational sales plans. Foster and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue and gain market share growth. The successful candidate will be expected to drive customer engagement, leading the sales team to achieve and exceed commercial targets. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

Requirements:

track record of success in sales management, within Food/FMCG Sector – with Foodservice is preferred.
leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
communication and negotiation skills.
thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite / NAV.
