Our well-established business is growing so an exciting opportunity has arisen. We are looking for a new Lettings Consultant to join our office in Sale.


The Role

  • Registration and management of your personal applicants
  • Schedule accompanied viewings in your diary and engage with clients
  • Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
  • Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
  • Generate and negotiate offers to gets lets agreed
  • Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions

Requirements:


  • Experience in lettings within a similar business is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skill
  • Impeccable organisation and time management skills
  • Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work Saturday's
