    SAP FICO Business Analyst - Controlling

    Based in Kegworth (J24 of M1) with regular travel to all sites within UK

    Join us at Refresco, where our Inspire SAP S/4HANA program is in full swing, and we are on the lookout for a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to the Financial Controlling aspect of the project. The ideal candidate must excel in communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and documentation.
    Your expertise in Financial Controlling will enable you to sift through the complexities and define a clear vision for the future state, while your down-to-earth approach will bridge the gap with non-SAP teams and senior stakeholders by translating technical jargon into understandable language, ensuring a smooth collaboration.
    This role offers a hybrid setup, with 3 days based in Kegworth and regular travel to our sites, predominantly in Bridgwater at the project's inception.
    About the Role
    You will report to the Programme Manager and collaborate with a team of 8 specialized Business Analysts focusing on different SAP S/4 HANA modules. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with various teams, including Central IT, the Service Integrator, and colleagues from Refresco Group in Europe. Travel will be necessary to our UK manufacturing sites for meetings and project deployment.
    • 'As Is' process expertise - gain a deep understanding of the current UK business processes
    • 'To Be' process solution - ensure successful implementation of new processes to meet business requirements
    • Risk Management - identify and mitigate potential risks
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations
    • Create and maintain accurate process documentation
    • Facilitate workshops and presentations to validate processes and solutions
    • Evaluate available functionality for implementation
    • Create testing scenarios and perform system testing
    • Develop training materials and support end-user training
    About You
    You should have prior experience as a Business Analyst in Controlling within a medium to large company, specifically in SAP ERP implementation. Your background in Financial Controlling will be crucial in understanding the technical aspects of the role as well as the desired state. Exposure to SAP processes design, integration, and implementation in a large-scale project is essential.
    Previous involvement in SAP or other ERP implementations, both 'greenfield' and 'brownfield', in a multi-site program is highly desirable. Experience in the FMCG or similar industries is advantageous. Core competencies required for success in this role include strong influencing skills, effective stakeholder management, excellent interpersonal communication, organizational proficiency, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

    We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a car allowance. Travel will be required to our manufacturing sites for various meetings and project activities. Work hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, with a hybrid work policy.
