The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing talent across various entertainment sectors, including film, television, music, digital media, and live performance.
This role requires a strong industry network, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for nurturing talent and maximizing opportunities.Secure and negotiate lucrative contracts, deals, and partnerships for clients, including film and television roles, recording contracts, brand endorsements, sponsorships, and live performance opportunities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote clients and expand professional connections.Previous experience working as a talent agent, talent manager, or within the entertainment or digital industry, with a proven track record of success.
