- Work closely with the payroll manager & HRBP to champion the ResourceLink system.
- Have an ability to learn pick up their system quickly, adapt to their processes and advice where to go and how to develop from here
- Further testing, implementation, support, reporting and module development.
- Work closely and become one with the HR and payroll teams.
- Liaise with higher management and stakeholders.
- Reporting and using previous knowledge of SQL (if applicable).
- Strong ResourceLink knowledge, ability to configure the system to a high level with little to no training.
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- SQL (beneficial, not essential)
- Reporting experience including MI, generating reports etc.
