Spa Receptionist


Location:
City Road, London EC1V 1JH

Reports to:
Spa Supervisor / Spa Manager

Holiday allowance:
Full time 28 days paid holiday per annum.


Position Brief:


We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to join our dynamic team welcoming guests and ensuring the effective day to day running of the spa and treatment bookings.

All applicants must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, and a high level of professional practice. 3 years' experience within a 5* environment is preferred.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Welcoming and greeting clients warmly and ensuring that they feel comfortable and happy on their visit.
  • Adhere to grooming guidelines to promote a positive image of the Spa.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with clients by interacting warmly with them and recommending products in line with monthly targets.
  • Coordinate services offered in all departments of the spa.
  • Maintain record of business transactions by registering new clients; receive and process payments from clients for services ordered.
  • Thorough knowledge of products and services offered and able to recommend to guests.
  • Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa
  • Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients
  • Keep the reception area clean and conducive for clients as they wait for their turn to be attended too
  • Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in the Spa
  • Open and close the spa at the appropriate time
  • Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve on service delivery
  • Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele of the spa
  • Receive customer complaints and feedback and direct them to the Spa Supervisor / Spa Manager for resolution.
