    Description

    My client a Commercial Investor are seeking a dynamic Senior Property Accountant to oversee a diverse portfolio, including Industrial, Retail, and Residential properties.

    Your expertise will drive financial efficiency and excellence across their £5billion business, where they are looking to expand at an impressive rate.

    Manage service charges, collaborating with Asset and Property Managers to ensure timely budgets and expenditure reports.
    Conduct thorough Actual v Budget analyses, advising on cost management strategies.
    Oversee monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate financial recording and analysis.
    Spearhead improvements in cost management and collections performance.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to develop specialized finance strategies.

    Proficient in lease interpretation and cost recovery mechanisms.
    Previous experience in property accounting preferred.
    Advanced Excel proficiency and strong system skills.

    GCSE Grade C or above in English and Math (or equivalent).
    AAT Level 3 or equivalent (desirable).
    We support professional development through accountancy qualifications.
