Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative person to work within the Integrated Care administration team.


The purpose of this role is to help with the day to day admin duties within Podiatry Department based at Reckitts Lodge, Clacton Hospital and within the office based at Kennedy House, Clacton.

Previous experience in an office environment and similar role is desired but not essential.


You will need to be self motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, good time management and work with the minimum of supervision.


Duties will include the following:


  • Work within a small admin team covering all aspects of admin for the podiatry service.
  • Cover Reception duties within the Podiatry Department at Clacton Hospital.
  • Accept and Register patient referrals.
  • Deal with patient queries both face to face and over the phone.
  • Management of post and deliveries into the department.
