About us:


Sitting within Student Support and Wellbeing's suite of support services, the SA/ISS service comprises the International Student Support (ISS) Team and the Study Abroad (SA) Team.

ISS is a dedicated support service for international students, providing specialist support and advice for all non-UK students from pre-arrival to graduation.

Study Abroad is responsible for the delivery of a programme of opportunities for students to gain global experience as part of their UCL studies.


About the role:


This is an exciting role, working across two small and vibrant teams within Student and Registry Services and supporting the large international student population at UCL.


About you:


The successful applicant will have experience working with and supporting international students and will be adept at switching easily between tasks for different teams and stakeholders.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to ensure the delivery of timely and relevant support and outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, combined with excellent administrative and organisational skills.
