£29,648 to £32,574 salary depending on shift pattern (including shift allowance) + Bonus, BS34, 33 days holiday, share ownership scheme, Company pension 6 %, free parking.

An excellent opportunity to join an established, progressive global manufacturing organisation, recruiting for a Machine setter/operator in Bristol.

The Machine setter/operator role will involve the production of parts from raw materials operating a range of specialist machinery and systems, with the ability to identify, organise and solve problems under pressure and communicate/work well as part of a team.

The Machine setter/operator should have previous experience in modern manufacturing environments, working to quality and 5s lean manufacturing standards. You will also be involved when established in helping train new operatives and support new product introduction.

Any engineering related training and or qualifications i.e.

City and Guilds or NVQ in engineering or an equivalent related qualifications would be of interest but experience gained in a similar practical environment is also of interest.

£29,648 2 shift pattern (Earlies = Mon to Thurs 6am - 2.30pm and Fri 6am to 1.30pm / Late's = Mon to Thurs 2pm pm and Fri 1pm to 8.30pm)

£32,574 3 shift pattern (Earlies = Mon to Thurs 6am - 2.30pm and Fri 6am to 1.30pm / Lates = Mon to Thurs 2pm pm and Fri 1pm to 8.30pm / Nights = Sun 11pm - 6.30am and Mon to Thurs 10pm to 6.30am)
