Supervisor - Global Business Solutions

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of accounting specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and productivity.
Review and approve financial documents, including monthly management accounts, VAT returns, and payroll reports, to ensure accuracy.
Ensuring all monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines are met for all service lines.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the team.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate other services performed on your client portfolio.
Train team members on accounting principles, software systems, and company policies and procedures.
Monitor client accounts and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

University degree or AAT qualified. Part qualified/qualified ACCA preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
