We are Hiring a Site Manager - Exciting Opportunity!
Our Asset Management and Technical Services team is currently seeking a proactive Site Manager to join our division on a permanent basis, specifically working across Scotland.
As the Site Manager, you will report directly to the Project Engineer and Project Manager, and your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage all RSE activities on site, including sub-contractor activities, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and relevant safety standards.
Please note that this role will involve flexibility in terms of working location, with accommodation arranged by RSE.Key Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance, direction, and task allocation to Trade Operatives & Apprentices.n- Ensuring all on-site operations adhere to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management standards.n- Maintaining up-to-date documentation, organizing files efficiently, and ensuring accessibility for audits.n- Planning and organizing work operations for optimal safety and efficiency.n- Conducting competency assessments according to company guidelinesn- Coordinating work activities with trades operatives and contractorsn- Collaborating with other departmental units and trades.n- Daily interaction with other contractors present on site.n- Reporting contract progress and future resource needs to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Preferable experience in the water sector, although exposure to other industrial fields, including civil engineering, will be considered.n- Certified in a relevant trade with qualifications such as City & Guilds, MA or equivalent.n- Demonstrated supervisory experience.
