The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, answering a variety of questions regarding their finance plans and coming to the best solution for the customer.
You will have to be empathetic over the phone and make sure to understand everyone's circumstance and ending the call with a positive outcome for the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speaking with customers over the phone via inbound calling
- Empathising and engaging with customers, getting them to tell their story and explain their situation
- To deliver a professional and consistent level of customer service
- Provide telephonebased support and guidance to customers
- Keeping internal systems up to date
Skills & Attributes:
- Ability to empathise and actively listen to customers
- Previous experience in customerfacing roles
- Ability to communicate with customers clearly and confidently over the phone
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload
- IT Skills
