EY193 Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Team Leader)

Salary:
£40,500 + Overtime + weekly bonus

Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your role is to lead a team of 23 mechanical engineers ensuring cost effective maintenance of the equipment, plant and buildings.
The role is primarily hands on providing an efficient response to breakdowns and improving PPM where possible.
You'll assist in any improvement projects and adhere to all H&S, policies and procedures.
Primarily hands on leading by example
Ensure maintenance of the plant, equipment and buildings

Skills and Qualifications:

Mechanical maintenance experience
Able to successfully lead a small team
PPM and breakdown experience in manufacturing
Team player
