We are currently recruiting for a Guest Experience Ambassador to join the Guest Experience Team at The Londoner.
Overview:
- An amazing opportunity to The Londoner as a Guest Experience Ambassador.
- As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for dealing with guest enquiries pre and post arrival to ensure they have a memorable visit to The Londoner.
- The role takes on the responsibility for delivering all admin and operational tasks behind the scenes in order to assist the front of house teams in delivering a bespoke guest experience during the night team.
- The Guest Experience Ambassador role is to ensure that the communication across all departments is achieved, enabling a bespoke level of service to guest at The Londoner.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.
About You:
- Previous experience either within hotel guest relations or reception experience.
- It is essential you are able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and attention to detail and are able to multitask and work under to pressure and to deadlines.
- You must have outstanding communication skills both verbally and written.
- Proficient in spoken in spoken and written English and ideally additional languages.
