Pyramid8 are recruiting a Claims Administrator on behalf of construction company offering top quality building, renovation and maintenance services to customers across Northern England.
The purpose of this role is to assist the New Claims Manager with compliance in relation to client SLA's, support the Surveying team in achieving set budgets and the Repairs team with variations.
They are a friendly team and looking for an individual who works well in a team and is looking to learn and develop in a fast paced and interesting role.
- To assist the operational teams with final accounts and variations.
- To assist the surveying team on achieving monthly budgets are set.
- Produce priced estimates / schedules in line with client SLA's
- Update client portals and company database with accurate information
- Complete a planning for profit calculation on all projects
- Complete risk assessments
- Cover for New Claims Manager when required
- General admin assistance
- Produce weekly / monthly reports to monitor SLA compliance on site visits & submission of estimates and distribute to relevant teams.
- Knowledge & experience of working within the refurbishment / construction sector
- Ability to manage job workloads and achieve targets
- IT literate with experience of software packages
- Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally at all levels
Job Types:

Salary:
£26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
