    Description

    Teaching personnel is the UK's leading education recruitment agency who supply ECTs, Teachers, Tutors, TAs and support staff into mainstream and SEND schools across the UK.

    Teaching Personnel are working with a number of SEND Schools and Alternative Education Provisions in Kingston and Richmond that are looking for Teachers to work with them.

    These schools support the growth and development of pupils aged between 5-16 years and are responsible for devising a personalised curriculum for each child.

    ~Monday- Friday
    ~ Full time and part time hours available
    ~ You will be responsible for a small class of pupils
    ~ You will work with pupils with ASC, Complex needs, Challenging Behaviour and SEMH
    ~ Managing pupil behaviour through escalation techiques

    ECT or a QTS
    Ideally you will have experience working within an SEND/SEMH school
    A strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with both pupils and parents
    The potential to go permanent at your favourite school
    Refer a friend- £50 per referral
    CPD Academy- a candidate training academy where you can do either free or heavily discounted courses to assist in your career development
    Candidate TP App- downloaded on your phone, you can view payslips, view and amend bookings and see new bookings that come through

    07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
