- BSc, MSc or PhD in a Life Science field (Molecular Biology/Genomics preferred)
- Proven experience in life sales, account management, or business development
- Strong understanding of molecular biology workflows and technologies, market trends, and customer needs (knowledge of DNA/RNA sequencing technologies highly desirable)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of delivering on sales targets and strategic objectives
