What does this role involve? The Canary Care system helps families make decisions about support at home. It takes away the guesswork, reassuring everyone when things are fine, and flagging where a little extra help wouldn't go amiss. You'll be joining a small business with a product that supports people's independence at home. You'll work on a core front end web application and grow your knowledge to develop and maintain the backend software that provides data management and processing for the platform. You'll also be supporting service administration, report generation, test framework and all other service platform related technologies, liaising with service providers and customers as required. Who are we looking for? Your current commercial React and JavaScript skills, will enable you to hit the ground running. Your keen interest in learning and gaining new technical knowledge will be the key to your ongoing success in this role. Your problem-solving skills and customer focussed nature, will enable you to swiftly integrate into this close-knit team. Your strong communications skills will enable you to speak in both technical and non-technical language when working with suppliers and customers. To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process. You will be required to commute to our Abingdon office once a month along with occasional travel to other Utilita sites across the UK. This post will also require you to be on an on-call rota on a 1 in 3 rotation. Additional benefits available on your first day
