Key Result Areas
- To administrator and organise all the types of projects from simple activities to more complex projects.
- Working closely with Operations manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including recourses, time frames and budgets for projects
- Documenting and tracking all the details for completion and qualityYou will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information needed to set up the upcoming projects (AAT exam centres and ACCA exam Centres)
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Help prepare budgets
- Analyse risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
