Key Result Areas

  • To administrator and organise all the types of projects from simple activities to more complex projects.
  • Working closely with Operations manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including recourses, time frames and budgets for projects
  • Documenting and tracking all the details for completion and qualityYou will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information needed to set up the upcoming projects (AAT exam centres and ACCA exam Centres)
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Analyse risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
