As they continue to expand operations, they are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and data entry.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Learn about our products and services to effectively support the sales team in promoting them to customers.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Sales Administrator will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritise tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience in sales administration is advantageous but not required.
