An exciting opportunity has arisen in ENT for a fixed term, band 4 Outpatient Team Leader.


This post would suit someone who is interested in making their first step into management, so experience is not essential.

The successful postholder will be someone who models Trust values.

This role is to support the Assistant Service Manager in the delivery of a range of outpatient services.

The successful postholder will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate this by developing and maintaining great relationships with a multidisciplinary team, as well as patients and external stakeholders.


Main duties o this post will be as follows:

  • Create rotas
  • Supervise Outpatients Team
  • Support ENT ASM
  • Support Service Delivery

Responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of a team of staff. To provide guidance, instruction, direction andleadershipto the team.


The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that a high quality service is provided and all service level agreements are adhered to.
