    Here at RSD Social Care we are a family run agency providing support to a number of residential homes and services within the Swansea area. We believe in providing the highest standard of care to young people and children.

    We are currently recruiting mental health Support Workers, working with us you will be supporting adults to meet their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs.

    We are looking for experienced support workers who are looking for flexible work.

    To work with the team in developing, reviewing, monitoring and adapting support and safety plans.
    To monitor and report to senior staff on the effectiveness of support delivery.
    Contribute to the protection of individual from the risk of abuse and harm to self

    -Encouraging client to recognise, understand and manage factors that affect their mental wellbeing and physical health.

    . Experienced support worker

    . Personal care experience

    · Be friendly and have a caring nature

    · Excellent communication

    · Flexible work ability

    . Confidence working alone and to work a part of a team

    . An enhanced DBS checks

    . Social Care Wales registered
