A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development professional to join a successful growing company, based in Watford - however this is a
home-based role.


You will be joining a Business Growth Consultancy, and they are looking for a bright, articulate individual with a background in Business Development and/or Sales.


You will need to be highly motivated, intelligent, professional, and warm with a flexible approach to work It is essential you are confident talking with decision makers at all levels of seniority.


What's in it for you;

Salary: up to £38k

  • A good targetbased bonus scheme, based on meetings secured and taken place. In the first year likely to be additional 710% of salary increasing as you become more successful in the role

Hours:Mon-Fri 8.50am-5pm

  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays; they are also closed for approx. 10 days over Xmas and this is given on top of your annual leave
  • Flexible company

Key responsibilities:


  • Build and develop relationships over the telephone and make meetings for clients; all work is B2B, cold calling with a clear proposition, market sectors are varied
  • Working with the CRM to update client databases
  • Managing your time to ensure your clients get their allocated hours each week
  • Using LinkedIn in to identify decision makers where needed

What the employer is looking for:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Confident in speaking to decision makers at all levels of seniority
  • Strong listening and written communication skills
  • IT literate, good typing skills
