- Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Tech and Customer Success to drive project success.
- Service as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive communication, managing expectations, and resolving issues effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones, tasks, and dependencies to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize project disruptions.
- Continuously evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, becoming their go-to guru for all things project-related.
- Experience in a SaaS environment delivering projects.
- If you have experience delivering projects within the government/public sector (bonus).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell a story good when effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and driving results.
