Client and Administration Support - Sunderland, United Kingdom - Zenith People
Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Careful diary planning of client meetings
- Upload documents in advance to Share Point
- Liaise with the Certification Body to provide support to clients
- Liaise with 3rd party auditors
- Support clients with surveillance audits, attending remotely
- Cover Pre-Audit Support
- Manage own clients in company CRM
- Update CRM
- Any other business as required
Requirements:
- Experience of working with Iso standards desirable but not essential
- Previous admin/client support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
