Job Responsibilities:

  • Careful diary planning of client meetings
  • Upload documents in advance to Share Point
  • Liaise with the Certification Body to provide support to clients
  • Liaise with 3rd party auditors
  • Support clients with surveillance audits, attending remotely
  • Cover Pre-Audit Support
  • Manage own clients in company CRM
  • Update CRM
  • Any other business as required

Requirements:


  • Experience of working with Iso standards desirable but not essential
  • Previous admin/client support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
