International Operations Controller (FTC 9 months)

Reports to:
International Operations Manager

Location:
Sywell

Working pattern:
Flexible, remote working up to three days per week

Department:
International Sales

General Summary
Be part of a friendly, dynamic, and fast-paced international team.

Work hand-in-hand with sales managers, administrating their customer accounts to offer end-to-end service from order confirmation through to delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

Accurately processing sales orders across our internal systems; then managing and tracking these through to completion.
Build relationships with your allocated clientbase to understand their bespoke requirements and correspond effectively with them. This can include, but is not limited to, sending contracts and invoices, addressing customer queries, providing project updates.
Complete adhoc administration updates, data entry or create manual documents as requested by operations manager.
Communicate at a high level to our customers, 3rd party suppliers and internally to ensure that goods are produced ontime to a high standard and delivered correctly.
Identify potential issues in projects and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction is not compromised.

Qualifications and Experience

Excellent time management, organizational and administration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Positive, cando attitude.
Foreign language skills are advantageous but not compulsory.
