    Your Role

    The program aims to equip you with technical, industry, and specialized knowledge to pave the way for senior engineering positions. You'll have the opportunity to define your career path and pursue professional registration such as chartership, supported by our accredited IChemE mentoring program.

    Your initial responsibilities could include roles like:
    • Contact Engineer - Providing technical support to ensure top-notch production meeting global demand standards
    • Process Safety Engineer or Environmental Engineer - Safeguarding people, communities, and the environment by identifying and mitigating risks
    • Supply Chain Coordination - Optimizing site profitability through effective management of material movement to meet market demands
    Your Profile

    To qualify for this position, you should:
    • Possess a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Chemical Engineering
    • Have graduated in the last 3 years or expect to graduate in 2025
    • Demonstrate a wide range of personal effectiveness and leadership skills with the ability to drive business decisions in a team setting
    • Show enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and working towards IChemE Chartership, if not yet achieved
    Prior work experience is beneficial but not obligatory.

    Qualified candidates will be invited for a behavioral assessment post the closing date, followed by a Zoom interview with a technical competency evaluation.

    Successful individuals will then move to the final phase, which includes a site visit towards the end of August.
