You'll be responsible for establishing, managing, and developing long term profitable relationships with SME clients providing excellent customer service and maximising business opportunities.

  • You'll use your exceptional selfmotivation and determination to effectively schedule your own time to meet your varied commitments.
  • Meeting clients across the UK virtually and in person to understand their needs and provide a top quality service for them
  • A key focus of your time will be spent out in the field, conducting face to face meetings with existing customers from your Portfolio.
  • Your strong relationship management skills will allow you to successfully manage c70 customers where you'll be responsible for retention of the portfolio as well as identifying ways in which to add value to the relationship through additional product offerings/upselling.
  • Continue your engagement and learning of the ecommerce SME payments space

Profile

  • Full and extensive specialist knowledge of card acquiring payment and data solutions.
  • Working knowledge of acquiring schemes, their drivers, industry dynamics, interchange, and future product service deliverables.
  • An uptodate knowledge of Industry related technical development.
  • Knowledge of relevant thirdparty suppliers (e.g. technology) and partners.
  • Total awareness of the interests and relationships in existence within any prospective client.
  • An exceptional profit performance record, ideally within a Client Relationship Management environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proven success rate in negotiating at the highest level.
