What We're Looking For:
Chelsea FC are looking for a Schools Education Coordinator (Equality & Diversity) to coordinate and deliver across the breadth of the Schools Education department's Equality & Diversity education programmes.
This will include delivery across a range of established programmes including E&D workshops, targeted female activity, and other identified programmes across the Foundation.
The role holder will also work closely with the Senior E&D Officer to ensure implementation of the Premier League Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Standard across the Chelsea FC Foundation.
Brief description and duties:
- Creative mindset to help design and implement 'Equality and Diversity Education'
- Understand data security and the effective use of technology within an organisation
- Understanding of interpersonal skills and different forms of communication and
- Understand different learning and behaviour styles
- To plan and deliver engaging activities for children and young people participating in
- To recruit, retain and manage the relationships with schools, educational
- To communicate with schools and educational settings prior to programme to ensure
- To ensure that all data, monitoring and evaluation is captured and inputted onto the
- To be a positive role model, creating a safe, positive and fun environment in which to
- To undertake any other Foundation activities that may be required in addition to the role
- To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including schools, colleges,
- To achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by the Schools Education Manager.
- To attend regular team and organisation meetings reporting key performance achievements/areas for improvement.
- To demonstrate the ability to drive and innovate new and existing opportunities individually and as part of a dynamic team.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry sector.
- Experience of working with children & young people in primary and secondary school
- Understanding schools needs and challenges
- Understanding of the needs of groups and participants who will be involved in the
- Knowledge of government agendas related to education and young people
- Ability to use a range of ICT and Multimedia for design and delivery
Nice to Haves:
- Clean Driving Licence
- Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Children Certificates
- Experience of working within a range of educational settings
- Budget management experience
- Knowledge of Charitable Organisations
