Operational Support Coordinator
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, family run business in Bolton.


Responsibilities

The role ensures that all parts of the business are working compliantly within the framework set out. This is a diverse role working across all aspects of the business and reporting to the Operations Director.

The role includes, although not comprehensive:

Compliance

  • Call Monitoring
  • Sales Monitoring
  • Creating Newsletters and Compliance Updates for the Team
  • Creating Training Materials/ Updating
  • AR/Introducers Contracts
  • AR Monitoring
  • Complaints Handling/investigations
  • FCA reporting
  • Fit and Proper Checks
  • Training Logs
  • Working with our External Auditor to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide holiday cover for the administrator
  • Attend meetings to take notes for record keeping.

HR and training

  • New starter documentation
  • Timesheets
  • Training logs
  • Preparation of traing resources
  • Appointment logging

Finance

  • Invoicing
  • Commission Statements
  • Expenses claims

Day to day

  • Data management
  • Appointment logging

Person Specification:


  • Previous Administration/Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a FCA regulated business, or solicitors would be desirable
  • Attention to detail essential.
  • Competent using Microsoft pacakages. (competency test to be completed)
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good English the role involves a lot of reading and listening
  • Professional Telephone Manner
  • Willingness to learn
