    Aircraft Duty Engineer

    Accountable for meeting agreed targets ensuring regulatory compliance and required standards of safety, quality and airworthiness standards are maintained.

    Deliver the operation to defined production targets ensuring adherence to the maintenance plan and aircraft compliance.

    Provide Technical support as first point of contact for operational colleagues and give technical feedback and escalation as appropriate to technical specialists and Planning.

    Champion high quality standards, monitor trends, and coordinate continuous improvement in order to define and implement permanent solutions.
    To ensure communication of aircraft in work status, and coordinate requirements between Planning and Production departments.
    Capture and analyse technical data, ensuring performance targets are achieved against operational measures.
    Support the development of a high-performance team and culture, in line with the company Hallmarks.
    Analysis and interpretation of data
    Ability to progress complex aircraft maintenance tasks and inputs
    Aircraft maintenance B licence holder with demonstrable experience of certifying in an aircraft maintenance environment
    Engineering degree Or educational equivalent and experience of working in a Pt 21 or Pt M environment supporting Pt 145
    Ability to hold EASA C licence (Essential in Base Maintenance Environment).
    Valid full UK driving licence (or equivalent) (desirable)
    Ability to hold an airport restricted zone access (essential for Terminal based role)
    Desirable to hold, and ability to gain CRS on relevant Aircraft Types for the area
