Business Development Manager - Commercial Real Estate
London (Covent Garden)
35-40k Base, 70-75k OTE + Great Benefits
Our industry-leading client provides expert advice to both commercial landlords and tenants.

Covering development, investment, leasing, surveying, and more they are well placed, through the use of innovative methodology, to meet lofty growth expectations for2023.

They are now looking to add a Business Development Manager to their busy London-based sales team.
Working as part of a small, innovative, and dedicated team, you will:

Be responsible for identifying and winning prospect accounts based throughout the UK
Deliver a mix of new business and account management
Work through warm leads, inbound calls, referrals, and existing contacts
Work in a clientfacing capacity
Take a lead role in winning and managing key accounts
2+ years b2b sales experience (closing sales)
Exposure to the commercial property, real estate, serviced office, or office fitout sectors (preferred)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
An inquisitive, professional, and dynamic approach
Demonstrable resilience
A sociable and outgoing personality
Stakeholder management skills
A base salary of 3540k
Uncapped OTE of 7075k
