Manage assigned ledgers in line with current processes and procedures: customer trading accounts.
Monitor and chase payments according to customers terms and credit limit.
Review and assess credit limits for customers based on their payment history, financial stability, and credit score.
Manage and action credit limit reviews requested by customers and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and associated activity.
Process customer payments via phone.
Work to departments monthly targets for cash collection, age debt and unallocated payments.
Proven track record in Credit Control role/department in aB2B environment.
Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Understanding of Credit Limits & Credit Risk assessment techniques.
