Job description:


We're currently partnering with a global charity, who are looking for a
Reward Business Partner to join the team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

The role is remote, but travel to the office in Oxford will be required on an ad-hoc basis (1-3 times a month).


The position is due to start immediately on a full time (36 hours p/week) basis, and offers a salary of up to £41,000.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Undertaking pay market research, to provide a robust source of data to inform reward related decisions including pay reviews
  • Providing advice, training and guidance on reward policy and practice to HR colleagues and the wider management population
  • Managing key Reward activities such as the Job Evaluation Scheme, Pension provision and Gender Pay Gap reporting
  • Ensuring reward processes support the delivery of the organisation's culture change aspirations, safeguarding and diversity and inclusion commitments
  • Coaching and advising managers on reward casework such as pay and job grading,researching and proposing solutions and influencing decisions

Experience required:


  • Significant understanding and experience of advising on reward policies and best practice
  • Technical expertise in job grading, job evaluation and compensation management
  • Understanding and experience of Human Resources principles and practice
  • Planning and project management skills

Skills and knowledge required:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex technical issues to nonspecialists
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage and manipulate large data sets

  • Monday
