    Up to £50k per annum + Travel Allowance + Bonus + Additional Pension Contribution

    Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into detailed technical drawings.
    # Utilise CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of balcony designs, considering structural integrity, aesthetics, and functionality.
    # Prepare comprehensive drawings, plans, and schematics for client approval, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing purposes.
    # Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather relevant information for design implementation.
    # Review and revise drawings based on feedback, engineering calculations, and project specifications.
    # Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes and product quality.
    # Proficiency in CAD softwares and other relevant design tools.
    # Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
    # Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
    # Knowledge of building regulations and codes is advantageous.
    # Portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects is preferred.
