A background in customer service and or sales is preferred. However, our client hires on attitude, passion and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount


This is a very customer-centric role, so you'll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face to face.

Customer Service Representative Role
As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the face and voice of their clients. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting clients' products and services. Learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic and professional manner.


Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise they make is that no two days are alike.
