You'll be part of the finance team, reporting directly into the Finance Manager.

Job
The role of Accounts Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

Maintaining cashbook
Working daytoday with the finance manager
Preparing and issuing purchase orders for external suppliers
Data reporting on revenue and commercial data
Sales and Purchase ledger processing
Taking accounts up to trial balance
Credit control
Timeous essential recharges
Preparing invoicing
Reconciling bank accounts
Working across multiple entities
Supporting other teams within the business where necessary

You
As an Accounts Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

Background in accounting with a recognised qualification or several years' experience in this area
Experience in accounting packages
Excellent excel, written and verbal communication skills
