We are working alongside an established client and a multi award winning business with clients across the UK and Europe who have a senior position available for an Associate Account Director to join their fabulous Client Services Account Management Team.

Important


Applicants MUST BE Google Analytics and Goods Ads certified and have experience in working with tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, AW and Google Search Console.


Applicants need to be fairly local to Folkestone, and because this is a senior role, you will be required to be in the office, ideally 2/3 days per week.


Overview:


You will lead, develop and understand digital strategies for their clients, and ensure they are delivered to an exceptional standard by working effectively with all teams in the department.

You are also capable of communicating Search (SEO/PPC/Content) related material to a high level.


You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients' accounts across multiple industries, supported in developing responsibility for a team of Strategic Account Managers.


The Role:


  • Translate clients' business goals into a clear strategy using their model which considers a holistic approach as well as identifies KPIs so they can measure success.
  • Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance.

  • Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Ensure that the strategy is correct and that the
tactics deployed by the Pod teams are moving the needle.

  • Client communication from team recommendations to requests from the clients themselves, ensuring they meet best practices and align with their digital strategy and goals.
  • Create strategic digital roadmaps to achieve buyin with any or all client contacts needed.
  • Delivering Business Reviews that consider opportunities for crosschannel collaboration.
  • Meet with clients in person and build relationships with Senior stakeholders
  • Support client strategy development for clients your Senior Account Managers are responsible for.

The Person:


  • A passion & aptitude for Digital Marketing.
  • You expect excellence in every interaction between SGM and their clients.
  • Resultsdriven.
  • Google Analytics & Google Ads certified.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, AWR and Google Search Console.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven organisational skills, allowing you to plan and present detailed proposals and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Proven track record managing client requirements. This includes both planning and managing multidisciplinary campaigns, and also ad
- hoc work.

  • A team player, happy to collaborate with the rest of the team to create multidiscipline campaigns.
  • Can support the creation of sales collateral as required & attend relevant pitch meetings.
