We are proud to be supporting this global giant to recruit for a Commercially focused Qualified Accountant to support business strategy and work closely with key stakeholders.

The permanent Finance Business Partner role will operate on a hybrid basis to include at least 2 days per week at their UK head office in Hertfordshire.

The role of Finance Business Partner will suit someone who is Newly Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or have 1-2 years PQE.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
Managing the organisation and coaching of the Team including 1:1's performance reviews and Personal Development plans
Lead timely, accurate and precise reporting of monthly management accounts with commentary & variance analysis
Ensure cost centre profit and loss account for operations are produced and support budget owners in review and management of data.
Management and review of Balance sheet reconciliation
Support development of business case requests for additional resource and funding
Data analysis to review and recommend on commercials across multisite environment
Attending and contributing to management/department meetings where required.
