This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a customer focused Project Coordinator to join a WORLD LEADING company, providing innovation and solutions to their customer base.

As a Project Coordinator you will support a team of Account Managers, who have long standing relationships with an array of high profile retailers, to ensure standard & bespoke projects are delivered consistently and seamlessly.

In addition, this is a very exciting time to be joining due to changes in the business that will enable a more streamlined process and ultimately a better customer experience.

Within your team you'll be working closely with the internal Manufacturing team, Account Managers, Customer Stakeholders & other third parties.

Key Duties:

  • Manage projects passed over by the Account Management Team.
  • Ensure all project documentation is clear, correct and agreed by all parties.
  • Liaise withal stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Project planning.
  • Project meetings.
  • Project budgets.
  • Ensure projects are complete to customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Project Coordination experience.
  • Service minded enjoy driving customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the retail market.
  • Understanding of Manufacturing.
