Neil's Steels Ltd is a family-run business running across two sites and one of the leading specialists in structural steel fabrication across the UK.


We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers.


Executive Assistant's responsibilities;

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Taking & recording payments, both over the phone & in person
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Chasing up overdue invoices
  • Being in charge of checking gas bottles in & out for BOC customers
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Responding to general enquiries
  • Be open to using new technology to support this e.g. Zoho Books

Requirements and skills;

  • Excellent MS Office & Excel knowledge
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
40 Hours per week - Monday to Friday 8-4:30pm


Salary:
£11.00-£13.50 per hour
