    Description
    SRG is seeking a highly motivated Technical Specialist to join a Manufacturing Process Development team in Loughborough.

    In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation of lean manufacturing principles, supporting technical investigations, and driving continuous improvement within GMP Operations.


    About You:

    A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a regulated environment (e.g., Pharmaceuticals)Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kanban)Excellent technical writing and communication skillsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related Scientific/Technical discipline or significant relevant experience working within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry in an Operations EnvironmentExperience in the technical transfer, scale- up, and process validation of equipment and processes.


    What You'll Do:

    Implement and maintain 5S housekeeping standards within the GMP Operations FacilityCollaborate on the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures and Work InstructionsDevelop and deliver technical training programs for complex equipment and processesSupport the transfer of new technologies and processes to Development and Commercial ProductionProvide technical expertise to troubleshoot process challenges and investigate quality concernsManage the qualification of process equipment modifications and support project teams in selecting optimal solutionsOffer technical support for the validation and transfer of new commercial manufacturing processesProactively contribute to the improvement of the Pharmaceutical Quality System by identifying and addressing inefficienciesRepresent Manufacturing Process Development in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with various departments
