RSVP Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a well-established, Glasgow based, leading training and consultancy firm who are seeking talented people to help continue to grow its highly successful business.
This position plays an integral role in ensuring the business operates and complies with internal policy and external Awarding Organisations, Regulators and Partners.
As a UK leading training provider, it is essential to maintain external credibility and professional brand reputation with clients, awarding bodies, government bodies and quality regulators.
The Role will include:
- Responsible for management of Elite's SDS (Skills Development Scotland) Apprenticeship contract and associated funded revenue streams
- Responsible for the coordinating and planning of Modern Apprenticeship & SVQ Programme.
- Providing accurate and quality reports to the Director on a daily / weekly / monthly basis as required.
- Operate as the lead for all quality related activities within the approved training centre.
- Review and feedback performance on all Awarding Organisations quality frameworks.
- Responsible for ensuring the business meets external audit compliance for all external agencies including, but not limited to SDS, SQA and relevant Sector Skill Councils (Joint responsibility with the Vocational Delivery Manager)
- Work in conjunction with line managers including the 'Lead Internal Verifier, Vocational Delivery Manager' and "Account Managers" to achieve job role responsibilities.
- Assist with the completion and tracking of improvements and issues across the business.
- Identify potential risks in relation to Quality Assurance & Compliance and report to the Vocational Deliver Manager
- Carry out internal audits and assist with representing the company during external audits & meetings
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with client and company standards and specifications
- Maintain clear file structures and manage electronic files, ensuring an auditable, electronic trail.
- Operate as Centre Data Controller to coordinate the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, archiving and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents whilst ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Maintain documentation records, databases and filing systems to provide accurate and auditable records.
- Support the production of business "How to Guides" for staff carrying out system operational tasks effectively.
- Maintain and manage a staff CPD logs, ensuring any designated mandatory training requirements are met ahead of deadlines for all staff.
- Contribute to achieving business performance targets
The person:
- Excellent IT skills including excel with the ability to use other internal systems
- Possess excellent verbal and written and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience of working within a busy office environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ideally worked within a similar training provider environment.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
