    Monday to Friday
    Shift Times: 14:00 - 22:00

    As a team manager in our warehouse you will be the first point of contact for team members in the achievement of daily targets, set by the management team, with a focus on guiding and developing your team.

    Driving the daily performance of warehouse operatives to achieve or exceed budgeted productivity and quality targets.

    • Deliver training on operational processes including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Conducting team briefings, training and 121s along with return to work interviews for initial absences Carry out duties in the warehouse such as picking, packing.
    • By becoming a Warehouse team manager, you will be responsible for leading a team in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, assuring the in time delivery of possible life saving products.
    Previous experience in a warehouse environment including knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution Processes
