Senior Sales Administrator
Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a well established General Manufacturing company, in their search for a Full Time, Permanent, Senior Sales Administrator.

General Scope of the role:
You will be a dedicated point of contact for customers throughout the order process until despatch, liaising with the production team to ensure on time delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of customer orders, dealing with both internal and external communications and queries
- Input data into Company's IT systems (Tharstern) and manage daily production requirement in line with customer requirements.
- Process the orders accurately and efiiciently.
- Where required, receive and input information on customer portals.
- Maintain lines of communication with department managers to ensure clear, effective flow of information between supply and demand.
- Support higher management in managing customer development and product improvement.
- Manage the implementation of new part.
- Deal with customer complaints where required.
- Prioritise customer orders in line with demand.
- Manage orders to keep in line with business capacity.
Other Duties:
- Follow systems and procedures outlined in Company manuals. Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with the higher management, department heads, and the production team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that customer requirements are met.
- Maintain a professional appearance of both yourself and staff members at all times.
Education/Qualifications:
- Educated to GSCE level or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Tharstern software (Desirable)
Skills/Attributes
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be a team player and recognise the importance of a team structure.
- The ability to be flexible and have a problemsolving attitude.
- Be professional in your approach to your work and the business.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Hours:
- Monday
- Thursday = 7:45am 4:15pm
- Friday = 7:45am 1:45pm
