- Multi skills - previous proven construction and site experience
- Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills are also useful.
- Full UK driving licence
- Good spoken English, reading ability and communication skills.
- The ideal candidate would be someone from probably a concrete construction background who is seeking to move up into potentially a management role in the future, because as the company grows, the MD will need to pass on some of his responsibilities down to key players within the company. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.They work across London and the South East mainly but are now extending their range as people are becoming more aware on client change issues and the effect it has on their properties and homes, and the work they carry out are on challenging and prestigious projects from historic buildings to large scale commercial new builds.
You will be reporting to the MD who is also the Senior Surveyor at the same time, and your role will be to assist with the management of a team of 10 operatives alongside another senior operative making sure that they get to their jobs on time and proving support and advice to them and essentially helping them to grow and develop in this field.
